We are an accessible animation studio specifically for independent creators and small businesses that are interested in producing content on a smaller scale budget.
Due to the increase in content creators, entrepreneurship, and social media, the demand for graphics and animated content has skyrocketed. We help these individuals who’d struggle having access to a larger funded animation company still bring their ideas and creativity to life.
ABOUT
Prince Puryear (Owner) , a 2D animator who specializes in adapting his craft to any artistic style. After earning his Bachelor’s degree in Digital Animation from Kennesaw State University, Prince launched the studio to bring his own creative vision to life and to give other independent creators a home for theirs. He’s also the creator of Blackout, an actin comic series now four volumes deep, which he brings to pop-up shops and conventions across the country to connect directly with fans and fellow creators. Today, Puryear Digital Media continues to grow — animating stories, championing independent artists, and building a creative community rooted in a lifelong passion for the craft.
Carlos Semple Jr.(animator) is an artist who specializes in 2d character animation and storyboarding. In the last 5 years he’s worked on short films, music videos, ads and video intros. In addition, he’s directed, storyboarded and animated multiple music videos. In addition to his educational training, he has experience with a range of productions that scale from small to big, giving him valuable expertise to bring to the team. He’s a team player, who loves to learn and grow, with an abundance of experience collaborating on production teams. Animating is not a hobby for him, It’s a passion and a way of expressing himself to an audience.
